Welcome to the Sydney Beginner Squash Circuit, designed for adults who are brand new to squash!

We've had three fun events already this year; Willoughby in April, Bondi in July, Hiscoes in September. Now we are heading back to Willoughby for the End Of Season tournament.

For divisions 5 & 6, we will be using modified rules and bouncier squash balls to encourage longer rallies.
Division 4 will use standard rules and the single yellow dot ball is recommended.
Divisions 1, 2 & 3 will use the double yellow dot ball and standard rules.

The upper limit for players on this circuit is a SportyHQ rating of 700.
If you're rated above 700 and want to be involved, please get in touch! We will need scorers, time keepers and the more people we have encouraging our new players, the better.

All players must be over 18.

All matches are timed. 2 minutes warm up, 8 minute match. Each player is guaranteed 4 matches. But we'll try and get you 5!
The playing component of the tournament should last for about two hours for each division.

Rough schedule (UPDATED!)
1:00 PM - Start time for divisions 5 & 6
2:00 PM - Start time for division 4
3:00 PM - Start time for divisions 1, 2 & 3
3:30 PM - Medal matches for divisions 5 & 6 (followed by presentations for those divisions)
4:00 PM - Medal matches for division 4 (followed by presentations for that division)
4:30 PM - Start time for Champions League (i.e. the division 1 winners of previous events)
4:40 PM - Bronze medal matches for divisions 1, 2 & 3
5:00 PM - Gold medal matches for divisions 1, 2 & 3
5:30 PM - Champions League final
5:40 PM - Presentations for divisions 1, 2 & 3
5:50 PM - Exhibition match between the volunteers

Because this is our last event of 2023, we would like you to do Christmas dress ups for the after party. You can even wear them on court if you want!
There are showers and a bar at the club and your first drink is included! So if you finish early, you can get in the mood as soon as you like.
