1. All players are guaranteed a minimum of three Matches per Event, with no more than 8 players in each grade
2. Trophies / Prize Money will be presented to Winners and Runners-Up. Where entries allow a Plate will be conducted.
3. Graded Event Matches, will be played with a PARS 15 point a rally scoring and will be the best of five games. EXCEPT FOR OPEN & STATE GRADES WHERE A PARS 11 SCORING SYSTEM WIL BE USED.
4. The Tournament is approved by the SRA of NSW & will be conducted under the Rules of that Body.
5. All Players are required to mark and referee a match upon the completion of their own. Failure to assist in this regard could result in a walkover being awarded in subsequent matches.
6. Players are required to register their arrival at the Registration Desk, with the Tournament Officials 30 minutes prior to the advertised time of commencement of their Match.
7. First match times will be made known via Dapto Squash Club Facebook Page or SportyHQ.
8. Draw will be available at Dapto Squash Courts from Friday 5th July 2024 after midday. Entry Fees are $55.00 per player ($30 Juniors) per event. All fees include GST.
9. Entries close TUESDAY 2nd JULY 2024.
10. The Presentation will take place immediately following the Finals and Trophies / Prizes Money will not be distributed prior to this Presentation.
11. The Tournament Organisers reserve the right to re-grade any player or refuse the entry of any person and shall not be required to assign a reason for so doing.
12. Should there be insufficient entries in any of the Nominated Events, the Tournament Organisers reserve the right to combine and/or reduce the number of events.
13. A minimum of 5 players with a SportyHQ Ranking of approximately over 1650 will be required to constitute a Mens Open Event. A similar formula will be used for the Women’s Open.
14. No Entry Fee will be refunded for withdrawals after Tuesday 2nd July 2024.
15. Light refreshments will be available at the Courts to all competitors during the Tournament, as well as a barbeque brekky and lunch to be held on Saturday and Sunday at Dapto Squash Courts.
16. All players are expected to carry their own form of Insurance.
